Dead by Daylight - Ideal perk build for the Blight

Venturing into the haunting world of Dead by Daylight, the Blight emerges as a harbinger of chaos, a being who sculpted the killers themselves. Armed with syringes that warp humans into monstrous forms, he steps into the realm of the Entity.

In the realm of Dead by Daylight, the Blight is said the be one that had caused the chaos that are the killers such as the Nurse, Trapper and many more. Using his syringes to turn humans into monsters, he had become numb to the effects of his own poison.

His syringes give him an energetic boost that allows him to go into a lethal frenzy where no survivor is safe. The following perks synergize the best with the Blight and push his kill potential over the edge by extracting the maximum out of his dashes, chase domination and map control.

Perk Loadout

Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance

At the start of the trial, 4 random hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks, their aura is visible to the killer. The killer starts the trial with 4 tokens, each time a survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook for the first time, 1 token is consumed and the generator with the most progression explodes and instantly regresses by 25% of its maximum possible progression. All survivors that were repairing that generator will scream, but their location will not be revealed.

The Blight has insane map control thanks to his dashes and being able to directly relocate from a hook to an exploded gen is something that Pain Resonance flourishes from.

Barbecue and Chilli

The first perk that every Blight player should add to their loadout is Barbecue and Chilli. Barbecue and Chilli is the Cannibal's perk that grants aura-reading abilities once the killer is 40 metres away from a survivor.

Altchar

Every perk that activates from range will be perfect for the blight since distance is no issue for him whatsoever.

Lethal Pursuer

At the start of the trial, the killer can see all of the auras of all the survivors for 7/8/9 seconds.

Early chases will allow him to snowball and end the game before it even gets to the final stage.

Pop Goes the Weasel

After hooking a survivor, Pop Goes the Weasel activates and damaging a generator will instantly regress it by -30% of its current progression.

Add-ons

The best add-ons for the Blight are Alchemist's Ring (A Lethal Rush hit recharges all rush tokens) and Blighted Crow (Rush speed increased).
