Besides the regular secrets, Baldur's Gate 3 has, there are a few puzzles around the place that may take a while to solve.
One of them is a puzzle in the Defiled Temple that opens the door to the Selunite Outpost in the Underdark. To get through the door, you will need to rotate the plates to form a correct order, based on the highlighted and dark dots.
The solution can be found in the temple itself, stating that full moons are lit up like the stars, standing above the darkness. In other words, you need to move the dark dots to the bottom of the puzzle, with the top being the part that is facing the door.
Each plate will rotate entirely but it will take the two dots from the center and move them around. This is the way to move the dots to their correct places.
If you are still having trouble with placing the dots in correct places, you can check out the solution on the image below.
Alternatively, there are reports that people lockpicked the nearby lever which allowed them to get through the door without solving the puzzle. You will want to bring someone with high Dexterity and proficiencies that help with lockpicking just to make sure.
Keep in mind that the Underdark is a very dangerous place and it is not recommended to venture too far in it before your party is level five.
