As an extraction shooter, looting and crafting with materials is a major part of the game's progression. After collecting rare items from your expedition, you have to use them to upgrade different personal equipment.
One of these pieces of equipment/establishments in the game is your little rooster, Scrappy. To upgrade Scrappy, you need to get lemons and apricots; here's a guide on how you can find them in Arc Raiders.
How to Get Apricots and Lemons in Arc Raiders
Apricots and lemons are initially two of the most important items in Arc Raiders. Both items are important to upgrade Scrappy to level 5. Thanks to the Arc Raiders community over on Reddit, here are the best ways to find both of these items.
First up is Apricot, this small fruit is available through small trees and bushes. One of the places you can look for this fruit is barren land with the escape hatch in front of the broken dam, besides the Testing Annex in the Dam Battlegrounds.
Go near the trees in these areas and you'll get the prompt to take apricots. Another place to look for apricots is the trees between Dome Hydroponics and Water Treatment Control.
Now moving on to Lemons, the best place to find them is Marano Park in Buried City. Approach the trees to pick up lemons as well as apricots in rare occurrences. Moreover, you can also find some lemon trees near the Grandioso Apartments in Buried City.
When looking for these fruits, make sure to kick the trees, as it can give you extra fruits for future projects. Lastly, keep your eyes peeled when running around in Dam Battlegrounds; lemons and apricots can casually appear in pots and baskets.
If you're still struggling to find Apricot and Lemon out in the open, try waiting for the Lush Blooms map condition to go live on any of the maps. Once it goes live, drop into any of the maps and look for baskets and small crates lying around trees, buildings, and in residential areas. Opening these boxes and crates can give you a large portion of natural resources, including lemon and apricot.
