The hotel manager's office in the 'All the Time in the World' mission in 007 First Light is a restricted area tucked behind the reception desk. Getting inside requires slipping past the staff undetected, but once you are in, you have the run of the place.
The office is full of interactable objects, and a good number of them are bottles of rare and vintage wine, which tells you something useful about the person who works here. Beneath the large wooden desk in the centre of the room sits a locked safe, and the code to open it is hidden in plain sight across the office itself.
Step 1: Find the Wine Tasting Notes in the drawer
To the left of the desk, look for the chest of drawers. Open the drawer, and inside you will find a document labelled 'Wine Tasting Notes'. Reading it reveals that the manager considers the 1972 Archambeau Rouge perfectly fine but that it pales entirely next to the Mont Arras Sacramental, which is described as superb. The manager's favourite wine, then, is the Mont Arras Sacramental.
Step 2: Find the Mont Arras Sacramental bottle
With that in mind, look around the office at the display cases containing the rare wine bottles. One of them holds the Chateau de 47, described as a vintage wine from 2014 (this, of course, is a clear reference to another IOI Interactive flagship title, Hitman and the famous Agent 47). Keep inspecting the bottles until you find the Mont Arras Sacramental. Its vintage year is 1952, and that year is the safe code.
Step 3: Open the safe
Crouch down and interact with the safe beneath the desk. Enter 1952 on the keypad and confirm it to unlock it. Inside you will find the Cellar Key item, and opening the safe also completes the Wine Connoisseur challenge.
Quick tip: Inspect every bottle in the office rather than stopping at the first one. The Mont Arras Sacramental is the specific bottle you need, and the vintage year will not mean anything unless you have already read the Wine Tasting Notes first. Do the drawer before the display cases, and the connection will be obvious.
