To celebrate the reveal of the release date, the developers shared a brand new trailer in which Desilets explains the game's exploration and evolution mechanics. He claims that players will have to be on the move constantly, searching for food and resources by exploring new areas on the map.
Strong focus is on the clan system, the goal is to evolve your clan into another species. You can play as a baby, adult or elder and recruiting Outsiders or lost clan members who need you help into your clan will be a big part of the clan expansion.
Another important feature is the fear system.
