Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is now on Steam

The Modern/Infinite Warfare hostage situation seems to have been finally resolved. The remastered version of one of the more reputable games from the Call of Duty series is now available in its standalone final form on Steam.

We now have our first taste of the direction that PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds will be taking with its cosmetics. A set of free and paid cosmetics will be rolling out soon, to go with the Gamescom Invitational Tournament taking place next month.

Another round of open beta testing seems to be in the works for LawBreakers during the coming weekend. There is no official announcement yet, but Steam lists a beta testing date for 28 July 2017 and it seems to coincide with the upcoming PlayStation 4 open beta.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds just won't stop selling. The game has been selling about a million copies a month ever since it entered Steam Early Access roughly 4 months ago. The final release is scheduled for sometime in Q4 2017.

Last year's Doom reboot had 3 multiplayer DLCs, all of which are now free. Id Software and Bethesda have restructured the game's multiplayer progression system. This also means that players who previously passed on paying for DLC now have free access to the content.

Rainbow Six Siege to hit 20 million players

Ubisofts' financial call revealed that the company came in well ahead of their targets for fiscal 2017-18. Also, their FPS from 2015, Rainbow Six Siege, is on its way to hit 20 million registered users before the end of the month. Ghost Recon: Wildlands was named the industry's biggest hit since the beginning of the year.

Next Titanfall 2 update will introduce 4 player co-op

Titanfall 2 will be getting a 4 player co-op multiplayer mode with its next update titled Operation Frontier Shield. The free update is scheduled to deploy on 25 July 2017 and will also include new enemy types, grind ladders, and microtransaction cosmetic stuff.
