Riot has released one of the most controversial patch notes up to date and the reason why is the choice of agents that are getting on the nerf chopping block.
At the start of the patch notes, a comment is made that says "Valorant asks you to make tough decisions when interacting with enemy utility—shooting, dodging, and timing your moment to take a decisive action. The team has noticed that when faced with multiple pieces of utility or some of larger scale ultimates, your avenues for counterplay can sometimes be overloaded, leading you to feel unsure of what's happening or what you could do differently next time."
This comment refers to all of the agents with massive AOE ults, such as Killjoy, Breach, Brimstone and they have gotten some adjustments that might baffle the community.
