According to Apex Legends content creators and insiders, Respawn are currently working on a third Titanfall game, despite the succes of their battle royale Apex Legends.
Titanfall 2 was arguably one of the most underrated shooters of this, soon to be the last generation of games. Sadly, its release window didn't do it any favours, setting the game against other blockbuster shooters such as Battlefield V and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Four years after the release, Titanfall 2 is still beloved within the Titanfall community, who hope to see a sequel in the near future. And judging by the latest rumours, it looks like Titanfall 3 could indeed be in the works, despite Respawn's focus on Apex Legends.
According to a Brazilian leaker and Apex Legends content creator TheNeon_Beast, who previously revealed correct info about the battle royale's sixth season, "Titanfall 3 is for real".
"I'm pretty sure leakers can say the same, cuz we have totally different sources. The good thing is: even with different sources, the rumour is exactly the same," he tweeted.

EA and Respawn are yet to officially talk about the next Titanfall game but if the rumours are indeed true, then it should not be long before we get an announcement. We guess EA Play event is one of the places when such an announcement could arrive.
