Last year, around this time, Riot introduced the Star Guardian event, which spanned across various games, including League of Legends, Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, and Teamfight Tactics. While the theme was consistent, each game offered its unique and exclusive features during the event.
These events are typically accompanied by a plethora of new content additions to TFT or Teamfight Tactics, such as fresh tacticians, emotes, boards, and TFT-exclusive game modes.
Recently, Riot unveiled this year's summer event, titled Soul Fighter, which is set to take place across almost all Riot Games except Valorant. As in previous years, we can expect an array of exciting features and rewards for players to enjoy during the Soul Fighter event.
Event Pass
- Players can earn various rewards through the event pass.
- The pass comes in two versions: the free pass and the premium Soul Fighter Event Pass+, costing 1,295 RP.
- The premium pass unlocks additional rewards.
Milestones & Rewards
- The event pass follows a milestone-style rewards system.
- Some rewards can be earned for free, while others require the premium pass.
- Notable rewards include emotes, treasure tokens, and star shards.
Missions
- Missions are divided into four sets: Gwen, Samira, Lux, and Sett Missions.
- Players can complete the missions in any order they prefer.
Gwen Missions
- Mission: As Many Needles As It Takes Objective: Play a game of Teamfight Tactics: Runeterra Reforged. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Scissors & Swords Objective: Deal 100,000 magic damage. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: This Time, Gwen Won't Fail Objective: After being on a 4+ losing streak, win combat. OR Objective: Win 15 training rounds in Soul Brawl. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Just the Trick Objective: Win 2 combats with a Deathblade, Bloodthirster, or Infinity Edge equipped. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP and We Studied the Blade emote.
Samira Missions
- Mission: Give It Your All Objective: Deal 100,000 physical damage. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: One Is Not Enough Objective: Field 30, 2-star champions equipped with 3 combined items. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Earning the S in Skill Objective: 3-star 5 champions. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Target Practice Objective: Place Top 4 in 3 games. OR Objective: Place Top 4 in Soul Brawl 2 times. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP - Emote Reward: Guns Blazing Emote
Lux Missions
- Mission: By the Light! Objective: Participate in a game using a Region portal you voted for once. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Pickpocket Pondering Objective: Collect 50 loot orbs. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Let's Light It Up! Objective: Win 50 PvP combat rounds. OR Objective: Earn 500 Soul Power. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Shine with Lux Objective: Field 3, 5-cost champions at 2 stars. OR Objective: Play 2 games of Soul Brawl. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Additionally, completing these missions will unlock the exclusive Luminous Souls Emote as an extra reward.
Sett Missions
- Mission: Feel the Burn Objective: Achieve a win streak of 4 or more 10 times. OR Objective: Play 3 games of Soul Brawl. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Bros Bros Bros Objective: Field 200 champions. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Push Yourself Objective: Stun 50 champions. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP
- Mission: Making Mom Proud Objective: Activate a Prismatic Trait. OR Objective: Earn a 250+ Soul Power gift from Gwen or Sett in Soul Brawl. Reward: 1250 Soul Fighter Pass XP - Emote Reward: Heroic Brothers Emote.
Emotes
- Each mission set rewards players with an emote specific to the corresponding champion.
- Emotes include "We Studied the Blade," "Guns Blazing," "Luminous Souls," and "Heroic Brothers."
Tactician & Boards
- A new tactician, Chibi Gwen, will be available for 1900 RP.
- Chibi Soul Fighter Gwen can only be earned through Treasure Realms.
Tournament of Souls Arena
- The Tournament of Souls Arena will also be obtainable through Treasure Realms.
The TFT Soul Fighter event promises exciting content, including missions, rewards, and exclusive tacticians and boards.
