SNK is bringing more of its classics to the Nintendo Switch and this time around it is one of the biggest crossovers from the turn of the millenium.
SNK vs Capcom: The Match of the Millenium was originally released for NeoGeo Pocket Color where the greatest characters from both corporations could duke it out on the handheld console.
The Switch version is similar in that manner but the devs did give it an upgrade for Nintendo's console - you can now have two players enjoying the game on the same console, without requiring you tobuy the game once again.
Furthermore, SNK vs Capcom: The Match of the Millenium is still featuring the numerous minigames that should provide a nice respite from the fast paced action of the combat between the biggest names on both sides.
Speaking of characters, there will be a total of 26 fighters, spanning several franchises - The King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, Street Fighter and Darkstalkers. Interestingly enough, the game has Ryu and Ken from Street Fighters series and the obvious reference, if not a carbon copy, from the Art of Fighting series - Ryo Sakazaki. On top of that, there is also Dan from Street Fighter, who was in turn created as a parody of Ryo and Robert Garcia from AoF.
