According to the latest Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War rumours, a full recreation of Pripyat map from 2007's Call of Duty Modern Warfare will be featured in a brand new Warzone map.
Call of Duty 2020 or Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, which is the rumoured name of the new game, is set to be announced sometime this month. As we wait for the official trailer from Activision, rumours and leaks have been floating around the internet, revealing some interesting new details about the game.
Today, we have a brand new leak coming from 4chan. And since it's coming from this controversial forum website, a heavy dose of scepticism is required. Keep in mind that everything you are about to read could be fake.
The leaker claims to be a QA tester for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and reveals that the game will feature campaign, co-op zombies, and standard multiplayer. Warzone will be available within the Black Ops Cold War client with a brand new map.
This new map, which has already been leaked by TheGamingRevolution will apparently be set in Russia and will feature a 1:1 recreation of Pripyat. "Season 5 will still remain playable as a separate client, with a new season of Warzone within the BOCW client, featuring areas around Russia like the Chernobyl disaster, basically a 1:1 Pripyat remake inside the map," the leaker wrote in the post, which you can see below.
Call of Duty 2020 should release sometime this year for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
