Riot Games have revealed the new AD assassin mythic items

The League of Legends preseason just keeps on giving and apart from all the improvements to the game's competitive ranking system, the biggest change will be the introduction of a new type of item called mythic which we've covered in one of our previous articles.

Riot Games have revealed a large number of items we will see in the upcoming preseason and here are the three AD assassin mythic items we will see on the Rift.

Duskblade of Draktharr - 3200 gold (+55 AD; +18 Lethalty; + 25 Ability Haste)

Dusk: Attacking an enemy champion deals 50-150 (lv 1-18) (+30% bonus Attack Damage) additional physical damage and slows them by 99% for 0.25 seconds (15-second cooldown). When a champion you have damaged within the last 3 seconds is killed, reset this cooldown and gain invisibility for 1.5 seconds. Mythic Passive: Grants all other legendary items +5 Ability Haste.

The new Duskblade is very similar to the one we already have in the game with the biggest change being its mythic passive.

Eclipse - 3200 gold (+55 AD; +18 Lethality; +10 per cent Omnivamp)

Moon Strike: Hitting a champion with 2 separate Attacks or Abilities within 1.5 seconds deals bonus physical damage equal to 16% of their maximum Health and grants you 30% Move Speed and a 150 (+80% bonus Attack Damage) shield (100 (+60% bonus Attack Damage) for ranged champions) for 2 seconds. (6-second cooldown, 12 seconds for ranged champions). Mythic Passive: Grants all other legendary items +5% Armor Penetration.

If you find yourself in a position where you play Zed and the enemy has two or three tanks that are stacking armour and the only target you have a chance to assassinate is an Iceborn Ezreal, this will most likely be the go-to item for you.

Prowler's Claw

Assassination - 3200 gold (+65 AD; +21 Lethality; +10 Ability Haste)

Active - From the Shadows: Dash through target enemy, dealing 100-200 (lv 1-18) (+45% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage and reducing their Armor by 30% for 3 seconds. (60-second cooldown). Mythic Passive: Grants all other legendary items +6 Lethality

This item will further increase your chance to execute a squishy enemy target, even if he or she has a Lulu standing next to her.
