PlayStation owners can now get Ratchet & Clank to keep in their library forever but the offer is available for a limited time only.
Sony folks are offering another game to entice people to stay at home. This time it's Ratchet & Clank, a beautiful and beloved adventure title that is bound to get another entry just before the summer of 2021.
If you want some context for the future game or just looking to add another hit to your library, all you need to do is go to the PS store page , log in if you haven't already and click "Add to library".
This will let you keep Ratchet & Clank forever, provided you claimed the game before April 1, 2021. Considering Sony let the fans claim the game at the start of March, there is plenty of time for everyone to pick it up.
One of the key features is that this is an upgrade and reimagining of the original game from 2002, in equal measure. You will visit enough familiar places to trigger a nostalgia overload but the graphics are up to par with the modern systems, as opposed to those limited by PS2 hardware. Not that the original visuals didn't have their charms.
The game also expands on the storyline but without going too deep into it, you might as well skip the spoilers and just grab the game to give it a shot.
