Rainbow Six Siege Share teams and tiers announced

Ubisoft announced the full list of Rainbow Six Siege organisations which will be part of the Share program. The company will officially support 42 organisation over various tiers.

Rainbow Six Siege Share is a program for partner organisations that are engaged in the game's esports scene. It was initially meant to be Phase 3 but the first two phases provided enough information for the organisers to decide on a course of action regarding the organisations.

In short, these teams will have support from Ubisoft, such as revenue sharing and requirements to enter R6 esports in various situations along with performance incentives and a ladder where teams will be able to move up in tiers while others will be relegated, based on performance.

On September 21, 2020, Ubisoft announced 42 organisations that will be part of the Share program:

Tier 1 teams will receive branded headgear, uniform, weapon skin and charm that fans can purchase. Tier 2 will have weapon skin and charm while Tier 3 will only have the weapon skin.

Whenever someone purchases branded gear, 30 per cent of the proceeds will go to the featured team. Additionally, regional league set sales will grant 30 per cent of revenue for T1, T2 and T3 teams to be split among them.
