Rainbow 6 Siege just launched their Year 9 Season 1 Operation Deadly Omen last month. And with it came a tonne of changes to the game, starting with a new operator and adding new maps, weapons, and attachments.

However, players began to suffer a lot from the internal bugs and glitches that the new update caused, so Ubisoft stepped up to address these problems.

In a recent social media post on X, from Rainbow 6 Siege, a maintenance notice was announced that took place on March 15th on all platforms. The servers were down for 30 minutes, and a bunch of fixes and adjustments were made to the game.

Here's a list of all the fixes made to this general maintenance:

  • Players can now self-revive instantly if Doc has previously shot them while they are wearing Rook's armour pack.
  • The detonation timer is now visible on Flores's RCE-Ratero Charge drone HUD.
  • The previous ping is no longer visible after scanning another set of footprints with Jackal's Eyenox Model III.
  • Connection status screens are now available in match replays for Valkyrie's Black Eye.
  • The prompt for Lesion's Gu Mine now functions as described while standing near a dropped diffuser.
