Rainbow 6 Siege teases Operation Deadly Omen for Season 9

Rainbow 6 Siege is about to kick-start its 9th year with the new season set to be revealed during the Six Invitational 2024 tournament. It is called Operation Deadly Omen. 

As Operation Deep Freeze is at the end of its journey, fans are already excited for year 9 to begin.

Although Ubisoft has not officially declared a release date yet, we can expect it to be released before the competitive season begins on March 11th.

What do we know so far about Operation Deadly Omen?

Even though the 19-second teaser trailer does not reveal much about Operation Deadly Omen, fans have already started to make their speculations.

So far, gamers are waiting for The Six Invitational 2024 which is going to be held in Sao Paulo Brazil. Even though the tournament finals are on February 25th, Ubisoft has declared that Operation Deadly Omen will be revealed on February 24th.

What can we expect from Operation Deadly Omen?

Here's what we can expect from the Operation Deadly Omen:

A new Attacker Operator

So far fans have deciphered from the short teaser that a new attacker with breaching abilities is going to get added to the roster.

What makes this theory plausible is that the last addition to the roster was the Portuguese defender Tubarao.

Map Changes

Even though no new maps were teased in the trailer, it's always a possibility that we may get a new map this season. But at the very least fans are expecting some reworks and changes to the existing maps.

Besides all this fans are expecting:

Ubisoft has managed to hype up the player base very effectively with their short teaser. As fans of the game all we can hope for is that when Operation Deadly Omen is released, it lives up to all the hype it has built.
