Recreate Games revealed all the game modes and maps for Party Animals ahead of launch as this is a point of pride for the title due to the sheer amount of variety.
With three modes and 20 maps, the game is sure to give everyone a lot of memories.
Arcade mode
In this game mode, teams of four players start with 10 lives. The goal is to deplete the other team's lives before they do it to you.
Maps in this mode:
- Winter Cabin - a map with spoiled milk that gives superpowers and freezing temperatures outside
- Final Destination - a subway station with an occasional train passing through
Last Stand mode
Normally features teams of two but can be changed to free for all or teams of four. Eliminate the opposition before they out-brawl you.
Maps in this mode:
- Ichiban
- Typhoon
- Broken Arrow
- Winter is Coming
- Wind Tunnel
- Black Hole Lab
- Beat-Up Bridge
- Gator Valley
- Ice Breaker
Each map features a different environmental hazard that you can use to your advantage.
Team Score mode
Two teams of four compete against one another with different objectives.
Maps in this mode:
- Lollipop Factory - Score by bring candy to your base
- Fluffy Redemption - Throw coal in your train's furnace, pull the handbrake on the opponents' train
- Into the Game - A Pac-Man homage
- Safely Afloat - Pull safes to your base to score
- Trebuchet - Launch bombs or players at the opponents with your trebuchet. Deflect incoming bombs
- Buzz Ball - Throw the ball into an electric hoop to score
- Beast Hockey - Kick and punch a massive puck into the opponents' goal to score
- Beast Football - Basically American football with additional brawls
- Beast Soccer - Rocket League with plushies that beach other up instead of cars
