Nintendo provided official information about the Nintendo Switch 2 release date and price. The Nintendo Switch 2 will launch at a retail price of $449.99 on June 5th, 2025.
The new Mario Kart World bundle will launch at a price of $499.99 including a download code for the latest Mario Kart title when the system starts selling.

Tracks now support 24 racers which represents a new maximum for the series.
Region-based tours deliver racing action everywhere while unveiling fresh racing circuits and exciting challenges.
Players will experience elevated online play through cross-region competitions and live tournaments.
Nintendo confirmed that they will showcase more gameplay details and features during a dedicated Mario Kart World Direct presentation on April 17th.
