Fresh Start servers popped up on New World to let players experience the game it was meant to be the first time around, without a pandemic of duping incidents and game-breaking bugs.
They were also promoted by a pile of streamers but the gleam soon waned off after the streamers ended their marathons. From that point onwards, people were basically stuck on dead servers.
Amazon Game Studios announced they will let the Fresh Start character transfer to legacy servers when the next set of merges occurs.
This will allow people to free the characters that have been stuck without a proper population to trade or group up with but the transfers themselves are not necessarily free.
AGS previously issued transfer tokens for players on several occasions but if you used them up or never received one, you are out of luck and will have to pay to get out of the dead servers.
As far as the regular server merges go, they will be as follows:
- Central EU
- Artemis will be merging into Nyx
- Cleopatra will be merging into Nyx
- Crassus will be merging into Nyx
- US-East
- Orofena will be merging into Maramma
- Amarah will be merging with Lilith
- Seer will be merging into Lilith
- South America
- Gaea will be merging into Artorius
There is currently no date for the merges and transfers but AGS did say it will happen soon.
