Genshin Impact has taken the gaming industry by storm and the player base keeps growing by each day. The release of a new character is probably one of the most exciting events in the game for the majority of the community.
A couple of months ago miHoYo decided to introduce costumes for two characters in the game, Barbara and Jean. Both of them got a Summer-themed costume which were obtainable through the in-game shop. However, there wasn't mention of any new costumes over the last couple of months, until a couple of days ago.
A recent leak by credible Genshin Impact leaker Tangzhu has apparently confirmed the previous rumors that Diluc and Fischl will receive additional costumes. These skins should be a part of the upcoming Mondstadt festival that will arrive in one of the two upcoming updates.
The official Genshin Impact 2.4 Livestream event has confirmed two brand new characters - Shenhe and Yun Jin. Shenhe will be a limited five-star character while Yun Jin will have a lower rarity. The new update will bring two double banners meaning that players will have the option to choose between four different five-star characters - Shenhe, Xiao, Zhongli and Ganyu. The new Genshin Impact update 2.5 will arrive around February 16, 2022.
