Naraka: Bladepoint is a 60-player action Battle Royale offering players insane mobility powered by parkour and grappling hook, a vast arsenal of melee and ranged weapons, and a roaster of characters with powerful abilities.
Yesterday, Naraka: Bladepoint hosted a live stream to celebrate its Third Anniversary on June 25th in which they revealed the brand new underground map, Perdoria, set to launch after the July 2nd update.
Also, 24 Entertainment and NetEase announced the news of two exciting new IP collaborations with Tomb Raider and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, scheduled for the second half of 2024. Additionally, a new hero, Kylin Zhang, will also join the game this July.
Naraka: Bladepoint's new map - Perdoria
For the first time in two years, developers will be releasing an original map, Perdoria. Differing from the previous map styles, Perdoria will feature the underground imperial city of Jiling and a striking subterranean landscape that offers more platform areas that are perfect for combat.
Perdoria includes the Fortune Land, which grants players effects such as free revivals, auto-healing Remains, rapid recovery upon defeating foes. In the new map, the White Wolf, Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and his companions will be coming along with Perdoria this winter, entering a mysterious new map.
Naraka: Bladepoint's new weapon - Fistblades
As previously announced, Naraka will be introducing a new weapon. It will be a hand-to-hand type combat weapon called "The Fistblades".
The Third Anniversary will also provide players with plenty of rewards and events as they explore the new map and complete new missions in Perdoria to earn rewards such as free outfits.
By obtaining Destiny Stones from matches, players can participate in the event named Prosperous Grotto to earn rare rewards. Over the course of the Third Anniversary, treasures will drop on all maps at designated times and the first adventurers to discover these treasures can obtain Antique Chests and have the chance to acquire legendary outfits and in-game items.
