Square Enix announced a digital event that seems to be primed to stick around for quite a while but the inaugural session will have almost an hour of new info and showcases.
Square Enix Presents will be the name of the publisher's new digital event where they will have information blowouts on their upcoming titles and content for existing ones.
According to the official website, the first episode of the event, titled Spring 2021, will happen on March 18, 2021, last for about 40 minutes and provide info on more than six titles.
Life is Strange will have the world premiere of the next game in the series and the devs will present the new protagonist who apparently has a "fascinating new power". It's still kind of hard to top Max's time manipulation but we will have to watch the showcase and see for ourselves.
Outriders is releasing on April 1, 2021, and this is probably one of the last promotional showcases that we will get before the big launch. It's currently unknown what exactly will be the topic of the showcase.
Marvel's Avengers will present the newest additions but other than that, the company didn't state much about what we can expect to see.
Tomb Raider will get more festivities for the 25th anniversary while Balan Wonderworld will present more information, roughly one week before the game launches on March 26, 2021.
Just Cause Mobile will be a thing and the event will show it in action. Square Enix noted we can expect many explosions, which is something we've come to expect from the series by now.
Besides these games, we will have the opportunity to see more mobile game announcements and a showcase by TAITO, Square Enix's sister company.
If we missed something, you can find all the provided details on the official Square Enix Presents website.
