League of Legends patch 10.18 changes for 12 champions have been revealed

League of Legends patch 10.18 will bring some very interesting changes including big Ahri and Kayle kit adjustments which will result in a small buff overall.

After releasing the balance target list , Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, has now tweeted about the specific changes targeting the champions for patch 10.18.

Champions that will receive buffs this patch:

  • Ahri - passive name changed from Vastayan Grace to Essence Theft. Whenever Ahri strikes an enemy with one of her abilities, she will gain a charge of Essence Theft; Orb of Deception (Q) will get its passive removed; Fox-Fire (W) cooldown changed from 9-5 to 10-6 seconds0, it will now grant a burst of 40 per cent of decaying movement speed over 1.5 seconds; damage to minions below 20 per cent will be doubled
  • Kayle - Radiant Blast (Q) - no longer refunds mana on champion hitCelestial Blessing (W) - mana cost increased from 70-110 to 90-130Starfire Spellblade (E) - cooldown reduced from 8 to 8-6; mana cost removed; missile speed up increased from 2000 to 5000
  • Jarvan IV -  Dragon Strike (Q) damage increased from 80-240 to 90-250
  • Rumble - Flamespitter (Q) total damage increased from 175-315 to 180-340
  • Miss Fortune - Attack Speed per level increased from 2.25 to 3 per cent; Strut maximum movement speed increased from 50-90 o 55-95  
  • Twitch - Contaminate (E) AP ratio per stack increased from 20 to 33.3 per cent; Spray and Pray (R) damage falloff per unit hit changed from 10 to 5 per cent, down to a minimum of 70 per cent damage
  • Xin Zhao - Wind Becomes Lightning (W) base damage changed from 30-70 to 40-80, thrust damage increased from 30-170 (+75 per cent AD) to 40-180 (+80 per cent AD)

The list of champions that will receive nerfs patch is as follows:

  • Sett - Passive second attack bonus damage AD scaling changed from 15 per cent of total AD to 50 per cent bonus AD
  • Ashe - base AD lowered from 61 to 59
  • Shen - Passive shield reduced from 70-121 to 60-111
  • Galio - Winds of War (Q) gust base damage lowered from 80-220 to 70-210
  • Kog'Maw - HP per level reduced from 90 to 85; armour per level changed from 3.5 to 3.25
