League of Legends patch 10.16 will bring some very interesting changes including big Yasuo and Tristana buffs. The new patch will also include the new champion - Yone.
After releasing the balance target list yesterday, Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, has now tweeted about the specific changes targeting the champions for patch 10.16.
Champions that will receive buffs this patch include:
- Ziggs - passive AP ratio increased from 30-50 to 50 per cent; damage to towers increased from 200 to 250 per cent
- Neeko - Blooming Burst (Q) initial damage increased from 70-250 to 80-260; Q bloom damage increased from 35-115 to 45-125
- Veigar - base magic resistance increased from 30 to 32
- Yasuo - base magic resistance increased from 30 to 32; R bonus AD ratio increased from 150 to 175 per cent
- Akali - Shuriken Flip (E) damage changed from physical to magical
- Fiora - Lunge (Q) cooldown lowered from 16-8 to 13-6 seconds; Q refund on hitting an enemy lowered from 60 to 50 per cent
- Jax - Counter Strike (E) cooldown lowered from 16-8 to 14-8 seconds
- Evelynn - Hate Spike (Q) cooldown changed from 8 to 4 seconds; Q refund removed when it hits a monster
- Hecarim - Devastating Charge (E) movement speed increased from 25-75 to 25-100 per cent over 3 seconds
- Tristana - Explosive Charge (E) damage increased by 1 per cent for every 2 per cent critical strike chance
- Lucian - Piercing Light (Q) damage increased from 85-225 to 95-235; R shots increased from 20-30 to 24-36
- Miss Fortune - Base AD increased from 50 to 52
- Morgana - Dark Binding (Q) lowered from 11 to 10 seconds
- Rakan - The Quickness (R) movement speed increased from 50 to 75 per cent
The list of champions that will receive nerfs this patch is as follows:
- Volibear - Thundering Smash (Q) movement speed lowered from 15-35 to 20-26 per cent
- Syndra - Dark Sphere (Q) damage lowered from 70-230 to 70-210
- Nocturne - passive cooldown increased from 10 to 14 seconds
- Karthus - Lay Waste )Q= AP ratio lowered from 35 to 30 per cent
- Kha'Zix - Taste Their Fear (Q) isolation bonus damage lowered from 120 to 110 per cent of total AD
- Sett - Haymaker (W) damage lowered from 80-180 to 80-160; Facebreaker (E) damage lowered from 50-170 to 50-130 damage
- Karma - Inner Flame (Q) mana cost changed from 50-70 to 65; cooldown increased from 7-5 to 9-7 seconds
- Ashe - Ranger's Focus (Q) attack speed lowered from 20-60 to 20-40 per cent
- Bard - base health lowered from 575 to 560; Caretaker's Shrine (W) full power heal lowered from 70-230 to 55-215
- Nautilus - Titan's Wrath (W) shield lowered from 60-100 to 45-85
