Riot Games has announced two more skins in its Ocean Song skin line. Both Jinx and Soraka will receive Ocean Song cosmetics based on the duo performing together at a beach festival concert. The colourful skins fittingly hit just as the summer season starts to end, with the champions’ artwork already revealed.
The splash art shows Jinx and Soraka preparing for their set at a summer music festival. While Jinx appears centre stage sporting pink and magenta cosmetics alongside braided hair and a guitar-themed weapon, Soraka appears on her side of the stage rocking blue and seafoam aesthetics. Her staff was also redesigned to match her microphone-inspired weapon.
Perhaps the biggest talking point of Ocean Song Jinx and Soraka is the shared splash art between the champions. League of Legends have used the same style of splash art for previous Ocean Song skins, though some fans wanted each champion to have their own unique art. Paired together, however, it does help sell the idea that they are performing together at a festival.
Ocean Song Jinx and Soraka Release Date
Ocean Song Jinx and Soraka will be available starting with League of Legends Patch 26.17 on August 26. The skins should be available to try on the PBE prior to release, so players will likely have the chance to see their recall animations and abilities in action before they launch.
Ocean Song Jinx and Soraka Price
Both skins have not been officially priced yet, but they will likely cost 1,350 RP when they launch. Every previous Ocean Song skin has been priced at the Epic skin rarity, while all of the skins’ chromas have cost 290 RP.
Summer may be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean players can’t keep the season going with Ocean Song Jinx and Soraka.
