In League of Legends Season 12, Riot Games introduced a major overhaul to the Mythic Content system. Gemstones and Prestige Points were replaced by Mythic Essence, a new currency that allows players to acquire Prestige, Hextech, and Mythic skins, along with various accessories in the Mythic Shop.
The contents of the Mythic Shop are refreshed every month, making it essential for players to accumulate Mythic Essence. Here's everything you need to know about the Mythic Shop and its September 2023 rotation.
How the Mythic Shop Works
- Mythic Essence is exclusively used in the Mythic Shop.
- To access the shop, navigate to the 'Loot' tab and select Mythic Essence.
- The Mythic Shop's inventory changes every month, unveiling different skins and accessories.
- Each month, two Prestige skins rotate, alongside two older Hextech skins and one new Mythic skin, which changes every three months.
- Skin prices vary based on the number of times they've been unvaulted:
- Prestige skins: 125 ME for the first unvault, 150 ME for the second, and 200 ME for the third and subsequent unvaults.
- Hextech skins: 100 ME for the first unvault and 125 ME for subsequent unvaults.
