It is no secret that Kenna: Bridge of Spirits will be out for Xbox Series X|S after almost three years of PlayStation and PC exclusivity; this was confirmed by Ember Lab two months ago. The game will be out on August 15, 2024, and just a couple of hours ago, it received its official pre-order trailer for Xbox Series X|S.
The trailer shows nothing special, only the parts of the gameplay already seen in the PlayStation 5 version and the glimpses of the first boss fight; however, at the end of the trailer, it shows that the game will be available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One as well, which is somehow logical because the PlayStation version was available on PlayStation 4 too.
The trailer doesn’t really showcase any graphical upgrades, but that's not necessarily a drawback, considering Kena: Bridge of Spirits was already one of the most visually stunning games, if not the most beautiful, of 2021.
As it is already confirmed, Kena: Bridge of Spirits will feature some cosmetics unique for the Xbox release, including pirate-themed Rot hats, a special staff for Kena, with the Anniversary Update introduced in 2022 on the PlayStation and PC versions.
