Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and SEGA are pleased to announce the latest in the series of exciting Like a Dragon games: Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii.
This action-adventure game launches on February 28th, 2025, and puts players in the shoes of series favorite Majima Goro, who becomes the highly unlikely captain of a crew of pirates.
Things get all the more interesting when he crosses paths with Madlantis, a group led by the mysterious Queen Michelle, and then embarks on an adventure connected with the Lost Treasures of Esperanza-an island that houses nuclear waste.
Even the sudden appearance of Samoa Joe adds intrigue to the adventure. Set against the backdrop of Hawaii, Majima is now put through a series of challenges-sea pirate battles being one of the biking jobs.
Unlike Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, highly steeped in action-adventure qualities, the main focus of this game would be pirate combat, with Majima wielding twin sabers in heated battles.
Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii launches for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and PC for $59.99, while a Digital Deluxe Edition goes for $74.99 and includes the Legendary Pirate Crew Pack, Legendary Outfit Pack, plus customization options for Majima's ship.
Meanwhile, fans can work their way through additional karaoke songs and extra bonus content to round out the experience.
