If you haven't seen the much talked about comet in Fortnite already, then you'll be excused for not noticing it's growing in size and as there seem to be more, we hear rumours that Epic may in fact be planning to level more Tilted Towers.

Earlier murmurs suggested it will occur on 18 May 2018 but that has not happened, at least not yet. Unfortunately for the hopeful, all this has been extracted from suspicions of Epic Morse coding the message onto controller vibrations, so you figure out what's the likelihood of that happening.

Epic has since denied this even though there's still time for this theory to be proven right and the oh-so-popular location to be flattened. However, at the time of writing, the Tilted Towers still there and intact for Fortnite's masses to swarm into.

The next theory is that Tilted Towers will be gone come 30 April or 01 May 2018, about the time when Season 3 ends. This time there is no Morse code involved but it would seem like sensible timing of the event.

Of course, that's all provided Epic isn't taking us all for a ride and is planning something completely different for Fortnite players. Either way, we will see some sort of change in Fortnite and most likely very soon.

Personally, I must admit Tilted Towers are probably my least favourite location on Fortnite's map, so I won't be shedding any tears. In fact, I'm quite excited to see how Epic go about this, provided the entire rumour train is correct to begin with.

Epic have proven that Fortnite's match dynamics is not something they take lightly, even resorting to for reasons of interfering with their vision of the game.

Indeed, Fortnite's rounds often ended with artillery shootouts but the kind where your enemy kills you while safely tucked away behind whatever obstacle he chooses. Epic don't want this in their game and we must admit we applaud their decision to do so.

mostly because the entire Fortnite playing world and their Fortnite watching dogs insist on landing there.

Epic's Fortnite: Battle Royale strikes a perfect balance between realism and fun, despite the somewhat casual feel. Whatever your flavour is, the game's got it. Shooting? Building? More shooting? Boogie Bombs? What would you need kind sir?
