Guerrilla Games' Horizon Forbidden West will have 60 frames per second performance mode on PlayStation 5 it's been confirmed by the developers in the recent interview.
Once again, we are going on an adventure with Aloy in Horizon Forbidden West, Guerilla Games' next big title, which is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 this year, hopefully. The developer recently revealed the first gameplay footage of the game and it's safe to say that most players were absolutely blown away by the next-gen visuals which Guerrilla pushed right to the limit.
The gameplay which we got to see during the State of Play was running in 30 FPS, though, which is certainly unexpected now that we are officially stepped into the new generation of consoles but luckily, it seems that the developers will not forget players who prefer 60 FPS over Fidelity modes.
Guerrilla Games have confirmed that Horizon Forbidden West will indeed feature 60 FPS Performance mode on PlayStation 5 in the recent interview with French YouTuber Julien Chièze .
It looks like PlayStation 4 version will not have such mode which is expected to be fair, given that it's almost a decade old hardware at this point.

Horizon Forbidden West is currently in development for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The game is aiming to release during Holiday 2021 but as PlayStation Studios head Hermen Hulst already stated, it's not locked yet and could be pushed to 2022.
