Arrowhead Game Studios has shared that Helldivers 2 players will get their first official glimpse at the Helldivers 2 x Warhammer 40,000 Legendary Warbond when it launches on July 30.The Warbond was shown during a brief gameplay teaser, which featured a Helldiver arming themselves with the all-too familiar Bolt Pistol.
Details on what else will be available in the Warbond have not been shared, but we can expect more Warhammer 40,000 styled weapons included with the crossover. The Bolt Carbine and Chainsword are weapons that look promising, as does Space Marine themed armour sets.
Hopefully there will be multiple Space Marine Chapters players can choose from as well as other themed cosmetics. The Helldivers 2 x Warhammer 40,000 Legendary Warbond does not have a set release date yet, but we can likely expect it to drop sometime after July 30.
If it's priced similarly to past crossover Warbonds, like Halo: ODST and Killzone, then players can expect to pay 1,500 Super Credits to acquire it. That's more than double the cost of standard Helldivers 2 Warbonds.
Helldivers 2 is currently receiving a number of updates that add gameplay improvements and new features. These include support for more upscale displays, Galactic Campaigns, and balance changes that tweak armour penetration among other things.
Arrowhead has also announced that the M-103 Supply FRV will be unlocked for all players this October 2026. Helldivers had to work together to unlock the vehicle through the Census Thunder Campaign last month.
Those that participated back in June have had access to the vehicle already, though everyone else will be able to unlock it via Requisition Slips soon enough.
Super Earth High Command released a statement saying that production of the vehicle can enter full-scale manufacturing thanks to the successful campaign.
