Arrowhead Game Studios have announced what we will be receiving in our next Premium Warbond for Helldivers 2. This time focusing on weapons that will allow you to take out enemies from a further distance. The warbond will be known as Scope of Authority and will contain multiple guns, two armours and some extra cosmetics.
The warbond will be released on the 20th of October and will allow us to take out enemies at a further range, allowing us to stay out of sight while travelling through the map. You will receive a bolt action sniper rifle, anti materiel rifle and an energy rifle. There will also be a gun that can help slow enemies down if they are approaching you.
You will also have the option to choose between light and medium armour. Allowing you to either sneak around in the wilds or travel towards your enemies.
Helldivers 2 Scope Of Authority Will Contain 5 Guns
There are many new weapons that will be added with this warbond. Each gun having there own pros and cons but all allow you to take out enemies at a distance.
- R-40 Sightliner: Will be your bolt action sniper rifle. It will allow you to snipe from a distance and penetrate armours with ease.
- P-44 Mist: If someone does get up on you this one handed machine gun will be there to save you.
- AMW-20 Apex: Your anti materiel rifle that you will use against enemies that are covered in armour. The gun comes with a reload system to assist you.
- LAS-44 Nova: Another energy based rifle that you will need to charge before shooting. It will shoot thermal rounds that do not explode. Like the rest of its type it has infinite ammo. But this time the cooling system is better allowing you to use it for longer periods.
- G-11 Caltrops: Will scatter explosive sub munitions around when thrown. These will slow down enemies and stun them allowing you to shoot them.
So overall this warbond will allow you to stay at a distance and take out enemies with your guns.
Scope Of Authority Will Have Two New Armours
The Scope of Authority will also contain two new armours. These will allow you to hide from enemies and help stabilize your weapons.
The first armour will be called the SS-33 Mimetic Marshal. This will be your light armour and will look like your typical ghillie suit. This will allow you to move faster and blend in to your surroundings. Comes with the Mimetic Mesh Cape and player card.
If you want more armour than that then the SS-15 Focal Point will be your medium armour. It comes with camo tech that will help you blend into your surroundings. And new optics that will look cool. It has an unusual visor that goes across one side of your face. Comes with the Boundary Banner cape and player card.
These new armours will have the new passive called Stationary Shroud. This will help stabilize your weapon when you crouch or lie on the ground. It will also make you less visible to enemies.
Extra Emote and Title Will Be Added
There will be an emote and title added as well with this warbond. The emote will be the Manual Ballistic Projection and you will be able to get the Longshot title.
This will be a great addition to helldivers 2 as it will give you more ways to kill our enemies. The Scope of Authority Premium Warbond will be released on the 20th of October. Remember to check what it costs before buying it as you will need premium.
