Ghost of Tsushima is regarded as one of the greatest PlayStation exclusive titles to date. The game was initially released on PlayStation 4 and later released with the director's cut on PlayStation 5.
While being a Sony IP, the game was heavily requested by PC players, and to their surprise, Sony has announced the game's release on PC this May. As the game's release is right around the corner, PlayStation led Nixxes Software has revealed the PC requirements for Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut. Here's a look at the requirements players would need to play the game on their systems.
Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut PC Requirements
The PC requirements for one of the most beautiful-looking open-world games ever made look very manageable for most players. Unlike many new AAA games out there, Nixxes Software has kept the requirements for the PC port quite normal. Here's a look at the complete PC requirement chart:
Preset | Very Low | Medium | High | Very High |
Average performance | 720p at 30 FPS | 1080p at 60 FPS | 1440p at 60 FPS | 4K at 60 FPS |
4K at 30 FPS | ||||
CPU | Intel Core i3-7100 | Intel Core i5-8600 | Intel Core i5-11400 | Intel Core i5-11400 |
AMD Ryzen 3 1200 | AMD Ryzen 5 3600 | AMD Ryzen 5 5600 | AMD Ryzen 5 5600
GPU | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4GB | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 |
AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT | AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT | AMD Radeon RX 6800 | AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT
RAM | 8 GB | 16 GB | ||
Storage | 75 GB HDD (SSD recommended) | 75 GB SSD
OS | Windows 10 64-bit | |||
The game is looking well optimised considering the game size remaining under 80 GB, which is a rare sight for modern AAA games. However, to run the game on higher presets would require players to break their bank by opting for a GPU with ray-tracing capabilities.
