The Witcher card game Gwent has a brand new update. This time, CD Projekt Red have introduced a new progression system named Journey. It is basically a game pass with two tiers - free and paid - featuring 100 levels to unlock, granting new customisation items and special rewards.
The White Wolf, Geralt of Rivia is included in the game pass as a legendary neutral leader skin. As you level up, you will also unlock unique items for Geralt, such us his iconic Witcher armour sets, swords and many other items.
The game pass also introduces over 50 new ornaments including a new Ornament type - Coins. These will be unlocked separately.
You can also look forward to an animated avatar and border combo and new story quests revolving around Geralt. CD Projekt Red say the will reveal new stories at the start of each week to help players level up their Journey.
All in all, it is a lovely little update that offers plenty of cosmetics to unlock and more story quests to complete. You can find more details about it here.
