A recent Genshin Impact leak has revealed the release date for another banner re-run which will feature the Pyro bow user - Yoimiya. She is expected to arrive in Genshin Impact Version 2.7.
The addition of a new character is probably the most exciting thing a casual Genshin Impact player is looking forward to, especially in the latter stages of the game when there aren't as many quests and events to enjoy.
However, it seems as though developer Hoyoverse started combining new characters with two banner re-runs for each new Genshin Impact update. A recent leak on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed that Yoimiya might receive his first banner re-run in update 2.7. According to the game's usual update schedule, 2.7 should arrive around May 15.
Yoimiya has been a part of the game since update 2.7 and players were wondering when her banner might return. She is a very strong Pyro DPS character at the moment, especially against single targets. Yoimiya is expected to arrive alongside new character Yelan and another banner re-run which will feature Arataki Itto.
Yelan was previously rumored to be a character designed to specifically support Ayato but those rumors have now been debunked. She will most likely work as an independent support Hydro character with a strong off-field presence.

Itto has been a part of the game since Genshin Impact update 2.3 when he was introduced alongside another Geo character named Gorou. Even though Genshin Impact usually tends to introduce re-runs after five updates pass, it seems like Itto could arrive a bit sooner than expected.
