A Genshin Impact leak reveals the Elemental Skill animations for the upcoming character Yelan. Both her and Kuki Shinobu have officially been announced to arrive in update 2.7.
New Genshin Impact characters arrive with each new update. It seems as though Hoyoverse keeps adding one new character with each update with the electro suer Yae Miko being the most recent addition.
Yelan is a name that has been mentioned in numerous leaks for months now and it seems like she will finally arrive to the live servers. Her model has been leaked in the Genshin Impact 2.6 beta phase but she will most likely become a part of the roster in update 2.7.
Even though Genshin Impact Version 2.6 has not even arrived yet, we already have the first beta leas for the next update. A recent leak on the Genshin Impact leaks subreddit has revealed how Yelan's elemental skill works. A recent leak by a popular Genshin Impact leaker named Dimbreath has revealed the Elemental Skill and Burst for the upcoming Hydro bow user Yelan:
- Elemental Skill - Lingering Lifeline: Fires off a Lifeline that tractors her in rapidly, entangling and marking opponents along its parth. When her rapid movement ends, the Lifeline explodes dealing Hydro damage based on Yelan's max HP
- Elemental Burst - Depth-Clarion Dice: Yelan Deals AoE Hydro damage and creates an "Exquisite Throw" which aids her in battle

Ayato is a new Hydro character meaning that he should have great synergy with his sister Ayaka who's a Cryo user. His weapon of choice will be the sword and he will be the second Hydro sword user after Xingqiu. According to most leaks, he should arrive in update 2.6 which, according to miHoYo's usual update schedule should drop around April 10.
