A recent Genshin Impact leak has revealed more information about one of the upcoming characters, the mysterious Shikanoin Heizou. He is expected to arrive in update 2.8.
The first banner cycle for Genshin Impact Version 2.5 has finally introduced the long-awaited Electro character, Yae Miko. The second banner cycle has brought two popular five-star characters, Sangonomiya Kokomi and Raiden Shogun.
Recent leaks on Reddit have revealed more information about one of the upcoming Genshin Impact characters - Ayato. He has been announced on the game's official livestream for update 2.6 which should drop around March 30.
Multiple Genshin Impact leakers including the SaveYourPrimos Twitter account have revealed that the new character Heizou will be a new Anemo user. Even though he was heavily hinted to be a Dendro character, it seems as though players will have to wait for a couple of patches for the new element to arrive.
Shikanoin Heizou is a mysterious detective from Inazuma and he will apparently have the smallest model in the game. When it comes to his rarity, there is no official information but he's expected to be a new four-star character.

Ayato is expected to be a Hydro character meaning that he should have great synergy with his sister Ayaka who's a Cryo user. His weapon of choice will be the sword and he will be the second Hydro sword user after Xingqiu. According to most leaks, he should arrive in update 2.6 which, according to miHoYo's usual update schedule should drop around April 10.
