A recent Genshin Impact leak on Reddit has revealed the in-game animations for one of the upcoming alternate outfits for popular Hydro catalyst user - Mona.
A couple of months ago miHoYo decided to introduce costumes for two Genshin Impact characters, Barbara and Jean. Both of them got a Summer-themed costume which was obtainable through the in-game shop. However, there wasn't mention of any new costumes over the last couple of months, until a couple of days ago.
Genshin Impact has taken the gaming industry by storm and the player base keeps growing by each day. The release of a new character is probably one of the most exciting events in the game for the majority of the community.
The official Genshin impact Twitter account has revealed that a couple of characters will receive alternate skins which will be free according to multiple rumors. A recent post on the Genshin Impact leaks subreddit includes a video of Jean's alternate outfit in action. The new costumes will arrive for the following characters:
- Mona
- Amber
- Jean
- Rosaria

The official Genshin Impact 2.4 Livestream event has confirmed two brand new characters - Shenhe and Yun Jin. Shenhe will be a limited five-star character while Yun Jin will have a lower rarity. The new update will bring two double banners meaning that players will have the option to choose between four different five-star characters - Shenhe, Xiao, Zhongli, and Ganyu. The new Genshin Impact update 2.4 will arrive around January 5, 2022.
