A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed that a popular character named Yoimiya might receive a banner re-run in the upcoming Genshin Impact Version 2.8.
The addition of a new character is probably the most exciting thing a casual Genshin Impact player is looking forward to, especially in the latter stages of the game when there aren't as many quests and events to enjoy.
However, it seems as though developer Hoyoverse started combining new characters with two banner re-runs for each new Genshin Impact update. A recent leak on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed that Yoimiya might receive his first banner re-run in update 2.8.
Yoimiya has been a part of the game since update 2.7 and players were wondering when her banner might return. She is a very strong Pyro DPS character at the moment, especially against single targets. Yoimiya is expected to arrive alongside new character Yelan and another banner re-run which will feature Arataki Itto.
Klee has always been one of the fan-favourite characters in the game and her first banner appearance still holds the record in terms of sales. Update 2.8 could become one of the biggest updates in the game considering that previous leaks already hinted that we might see the new region introduced to the game.

The other five-star character to join Klee will probably be Kazuha, at least according to most leakers. Even though the update seems pretty stacked, many fans are still a bit frustrated because the majority will probably have to choose between Klee and Kazuha considering that they will most likely have the Primogems to pull for just one of the characters.
