A credible Genshin Impact leaker named Ubatcha1 claims that Collei will arrive in update 3.0. This update will most likely introduce a brand new major region named Sumeru. So far the game has introduced three nations: Mondstadt, Liyue and Inazuma.
A popular leaker named Dimbreath has revealed more information about Collei's kit:
- Floral Brush - Throws a Floral Ring that deals one instance of Dendro damage to opponents along the path
- Trump-Card Kitty - Collei throws the a doll causing an explosion that deals AoE Dendro damage, creating a damage zone. The doll will bound around this zone, dealing AoE Dendro damage

According to a popular leaker named SaveYourPrimos, Collei will apparently not have a Vision which is usually required for characters to control elemental powers. Collei was taken by the Fatui who performed different experiments on her which have her Archon Residue powers.
