The official Genshin Impact 2.7 Livestream event has confirmed the banner re-run for one of the most popular characters - Xiao. The first banner will arrive on May 31.
The addition of a new character is probably the most exciting thing a casual Genshin Impact player is looking forward to, especially in the latter stages of the game when there aren't as many quests and events to enjoy.
Since his release during the Lantern Rite event, Xiao has certainly become one of the fan-favorite characters in Genshin Impact. He is one of the strongest characters in the game right now and probably the strongest DPS in the game alongside Eula and Ganyu. Xao is an Anemo Polearm character bow he is currently one of the most important characters in the game.
The official Genshin Impact livestream has confirmed the re-run for two characters - Itto and Xiao. Genshin Impact has officially confirmed that Genshin Impact update 2.7 will get delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation in China. However, a new announcement has revealed that for each week of the delay, players will get precious rewards.

Even though there were additional rumors a new banner will be placed after Ayaka's run, recent leaks have revealed that there will be no additional banners. Fans were expecting a filler banner like it was the case with Version 1.3 which featured a Keqing banner between Xiao and Hu Tao.
