Genshin Impact has officially revealed the items that will appear on the upcoming second phase banner which will feature a re-run for a very strong DPS character - Kamisato Ayaka.
The addition of a new character is probably the most exciting thing a casual Genshin Impact player is looking forward to, especially in the latter stages of the game when there aren't as many quests and events to enjoy.
The official livestream for update 2.6 has confirmed that Venti will arrive alongside Kamisato Ayato on the the current double banner. Their banner is coming to an end and Ayaka will soon arrive as a limited banner character. Each cycle has its limited weapon banner and the official Genshin Impact Twitter account has already revealed the items that will arrive in the upcoming banner:
- The Unforged
- Mistsplitter Reforged
- Favonius Sword
- The Bell
- Favonius Lance
- Favonius Codex
- Favonius Warbow
Kamisato Ayaka is Ayato's sister and she has been a part of the game since Genshin Impact update 2.0. She is considered a very strong DPS character with a great focus on Elemental damage.
The Mistsplitter is a great choice for Ayaka as thanks to its passive which gives an elemental damage bonus. It's probably one of, of not the strongest DPS swords in the game at the moment.
The first banner cycle for Genshin Impact update 2.6 is confirmed to arrive on March 30 and the second part is expected to drop around April 22.
