A Genshin Impact leaker named GenshinBLANK has revealed that the upcoming region Chasm will have its own Oculus named Lumenspar. The new region is expected to arrive in update 2.6.

Genshin Impact keeps adding new regions every other update with Enkanomiya being the most recent addition. Even though many players expected a couple of filler updates, miHoYo seems to have other plans.

The official Genshin Impact 2.5 livestream has officially confirmed the arrival of a brand new region named Chasm that had its name displayed on the current in-game map for a very long time. Each new region brings a new set of teleport waypoints, as well as at least one Statue of The Seven which unlocks that part of the map.

A popular Genshin Impact leaker named GenshinBLANK has revealed that Chasm will have a new type of Oculus that can be submitted to the Statue of The Seven. The new Oculus will be called Lumenspar and it's described as a sky-blue crystal that shines brightly.

The fact that Chasm has its own Oculus means that the new region will take a big portion of the map, but it's confirmed that it's not a new major region. Chasm will probably work similarly to the Dragonspine mountains that were introduced back in update 1.2.

Previous leaks have been comparing Chasm with Enkanomiya in terms of height. Enkanomiya was considered to be the lowest part of the Genshin Impact world but the leak confirms that Chasm is much deeper. Chasm is heavily tied with two popular characters, the long-awaited Yaoyao and Baizhu. Chasm will apparently have its own artifact domain and 6 teleport waypoints including Statue of The Seven.
