Recent Genshin Impact leaks have revealed a new enemy named Defender that will appear in the upcoming Genshin Impact Version 2.5 which is scheduled to arrive mid-February.
Genshin Impact has become a global phenomenon over the last year with a huge player base that keeps expanding each day. Leaks are very frequent in the world of Genshin Impact and even though miHoYo seems to be against their content being revealed before the official announcements, they actually create additional hype for the upcoming update.
The game's unique playable roster is probably one of the game's main draws, however, adding new enemies can be just as exciting. Each new enemy brings a new type of fighting mechanics for players to get used to. A recent post on the popular Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed the in-game model for a new enemy called Line Breaker. Apparently, it will be a part of the upcoming Shadowy Husk enemy type. From what we can see from the appearance, the new enemy could have the ability to inflict either Hydro or Electro elemental damage.
New enemies won't be the only thing miHoYo will add to the game in the upcoming Genshin Impact Version 2.5. The game's official social media accounts have already announced a brand new character by the name Yae Miko.
Yae Miko has become a fan-favorite and one of the most anticipated characters since her introduction in two official update previews. She has already played a significant role in the Inazuma story arc and it seems like she will appear once again.
