League of Legends - Teaser for the future marksman

Riot Games recently posted a champion roadmap that details the latest visual and gameplay update as well as several brand new champions we are yet to see.

League of Legends has two new champions coming in the somewhat near future, although they will arrive after Mundo VGU kicks in.

The first among them will be a marksman, although a bit different in design, compared to what we may be used to already. This marksman will be dedicated to mid lane instead of bot lane, meaning it's likely to have more tools for solo laning instead of depending on a support teammate.

One of the tools in this marksman's kit seems to be a grappling hook, which should help with the focus of this character - roaming and duelling. Besides that, Riot only noted this champion is another Sentinel of the Light so Lucian and Senna are getting another teammate here.

Following the release of this marksman, we will be anticipating a mage that seems to have something to do with shadows. Furthermore, her personality seems to be rather gloomy and she just over it. Over what? Well, everything apparently.

This mage's release has been postponed, presumably because of the work from home model that had to be implemented done due to the pandemic.

Still, she will have some sort of presence in LoL world due to being a crucial part of Viego's story, which is the theme this year.
