Update: Xbox have announced the partnership with Warner Bros. to bring exclusive Barbie-themed content to Forza. Here is the first look at the Barbie movie cars in Forza Horizon 5:
Original article: If you happen to be a fan of both racing games like Forza Horizon 5 and Barbie, chances are this news will make you absolutely ecstatic. Two Barbie vehicles that will appear in the upcoming film starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Reynolds, have been spotted in the Forza Horizon 5 car list.
The vehicles include the pink Barbie-themed 1956 Corvette EV, which we got to see in the film's trailer, and the 2022 Hummer EV Pickup, which is currently available in the game, but this special one is Barbie-themed and probably pink.
At the moment, there is no official confirmation on when to expect these cars in Forza Horizon 5 but we assume the update is coming sometime closer to the release of the Barbie film, which is scheduled for July 2023.
It will be interesting to see if this is the only type of Barbie-themed content that will come to Forza Horizon 5. Perhaps we also get some outfits, car horns and even more. It would certainly be great to see such a wild crossover that would bring Barbie world to Forza.
All in all, it's certainly great to see that Playground Games are continuing to add even more content to their racing title, even if some may argue that Barbie may not be the best fit for a game for Forza. We strongly disagree. Give us more crazy collabs, Playground.
Forza Horizon 5 is available now on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
