Fans of space combat will get to enjoy Everspace 2 even if their rigs don't meet the requirements since the game was announced to arrive on GeForce Now.
GeForce Now is easily one of the most user-friendly game streaming services, even though many publishers chose not to let their games be played with it. However, it still has a considerable library of games that you can play without having to buy them all over again and it is going to grow with yet another beloved title.
Everspace 2 is currently available in Steam Early Access and GOG Games in Development programs where it was well-received by both critics and the players. The unusually high price for a game still in development seems to have caused the devs to have some doubts about whether the players would accept it but the number of purchases led the title to be number one on Steam's best-seller ladder for two consecutive days.
The success appears to have caused Rockfish Games to branch out and bring the narrative-driven game that features dog fights in space along with stunning visuals, especially for the somewhat low PC requirements.
Still, if you have an old rig that doesn't meet the hardware specs, you will have the option of playing through GeForce Now with all the fancy details turned up in order to enjoy the most out of the visuals.
The full release of Everspace 2 is expected in the first half of 2022.
