Bethesda is making the first three missions of their Dishonored 2 available for free on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Bethesda will make the first three missions of the Dishonored 2 available for zero cash, zilch pounds and also for free if that tickles your fancy. The glorious day will fall on 06 April.
The first three levels are being considered a free trial and will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC.
Even though the game came out in November of last year, the publisher wants you to give the game developed by Arkane Studios another glance or two. Or three for that matter.

This is not uncommon for publishers to do, as the tactic may give a game a second wind, and pull in some more players, who may have missed the title on release, or had some trouble with bugs and glitches. People of 2K have done the same thing recently for their title Mafia III which came out in fall of last year.
The Dishonored 2 free trial can be found at the game's store page at the PlayStation , the Xbox version is at the , and the PC version is, of course, over on .

As per usual, all progress made while playing the first three levels of the game, which will be considered "free trial", will be kept and transferred over into the full version of Dishonored 2 after the player makes the purchase.
Dishonored 2 was released on 11 November 2016. Performance issues plagued the PC version of the game upon its release, but those were taken care of via some patches.
