Death Stranding has a new trailer and this one is a bit different, emphasizing action segments of the game instead of exploring and traversing the huge open world that we got to see in previous ones.
We're less than a month away from Hideo Kojima's first game since Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain. Named Death Stranding, the game is still a mystery to many and even Kojima himself said that sometimes he doesn't understand how everything works.
In the last few weeks, Kojima and Sony have released a couple of new trailers for the game, showcasing its story, gameplay and the huge open world. Kojima also talked about the game recently and how exactly the "building mechanics" will work and what happens to actions of other players , that build all around the game's Icelandic landscapes.
Today, we have a brand new Death Stranding trailer from Sony and this time, the focus is on the action segments of the game, instead of exploring, helping other players and traversing the huge open world, which we got to see in the previous ones.
Dubbed Connect, the trailer gives us a closer look at the game's shooting and World War 1 sequences and we can also see incoming thunderstorms, snowy mountain peaks and the inevitable ladder placing all over the rocky terrain.
A lot of the footage in the trailer has already been shown but it's always nice to see more from different angles and perspective. There might be some new story details in the trailer but since the voiceover and the dialogue is in Japanese and our Japanese is not something we're proud off, we won't be able to tell you if there is anything worth mentioning.
Death Stranding is officially hitting the shelves on 08 November 2019 for PlayStation 4. For more news about the game, take a look at the download size .
