EA Motive will host a developer livestream later today, where they plan to showcase "a very early look at the development" of the recently-announced Dead Space reboot.
After many rumours and leaks, EA officially announced the Dead Space reboot a couple of weeks ago. The project, which is helmed by EA Motive, would be the recreation of the first game but with features taken from all three games. It's a very similar approach to that of Capcom with their Resident Evil 2 Remake.
Anyway, the reveal did not include much footage - we only got to see a couple of in-game shots and that's it. Today, however, EA promise to give us a very early look at the development of the Dead Space reboot.
"The passionate team at EA Motive are bringing you in for a very early look at the development of Dead Space. Tune in to our stream tomorrow at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET / 07:00 PM CET" The live stream will be live on
the EA Motive Twitch channel.
We suggest you keep your excitement in check since the devs probably won't be showing any gameplay, though, we would love to be wrong on this one. The team will probably show us some early concept art and talk about the development process, which is cool, too.
Dead Space will be coming to PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The release date is still unknown.
